The Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Bin Qasim, Karachi, operating under the Federal Government of Pakistan, has announced special recruitment opportunities under the Balochistan Quota on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years (extendable). Applications are invited from suitable candidates holding a valid Balochistan domicile for the posts of Assistant (BPS-15), Surveyor (BPS-15), Traffic Supervisor (BPS-12), and Telephone Operator (BPS-09).

Available Positions & Educational Eligibility
1. Assistant (BPS-15) – 02 Posts
Quota: Balochistan | Max Age: 35-40 Years
Qualification: At least 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree and computer literate. Minimum 04 years relevant experience.
2. Surveyor (BPS-15) – 01 Post
Quota: Balochistan | Max Age: 35-40 Years
Qualification: Matric, 03 years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering with Survey Certificate. Minimum 04 years relevant experience.
3. Traffic Supervisor (BPS-12) – 01 Post
Quota: Balochistan | Max Age: 30-35 Years
Qualification: Intermediate and computer literate. Minimum 05 years experience in Cargo handling in an International port / shipping company of repute.
4. Telephone Operator (BPS-09) – 01 Post
Quota: Balochistan | Max Age: 30-35 Years
Qualification: Matriculation. Trade Certificate of Telephone Operator from any Government recognized institute with 03 years relevant experience.
How to Apply (Offline Courier & Online Portal Options)
- Online Submission: Interested candidates can apply online directly through the National Job Portal: www.njp.gov.pk.
- Offline Courier Submission: Fill out the prescribed application form. Enclose attested copies of educational certificates, DAE/degree, experience certificates, domicile certificate, two (02) passport size photographs, and detailed CV.
