NTL is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for above mentioned positions:

Position: Senior Associate

Age Max: 25 years

Educational Background

Intermediate, preferably Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in relevant field

Skills & Competencies

Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies

Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives

Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status

Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network

Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees

Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards

Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships

Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management

Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools

Terms & Conditions

Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period

Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided

5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit

Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates

Government/Semi-Government employees must provide/attach NOC at the time of application

No TA/DA will be admissible

Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the time of interview
